Oil Painting
This is my favorite and best painting. This was inspired by Alice and Chains song “Your Decision”. I was driving listening to this song and the idea came into my head. A heart being consumed with tentacles. I do not recall what or where I was going to, but I rushed to my studio at the time and got to work. I had to create this image. It took a couple months as I was still learning the basics. I eventually had to stop nit picking it and let it be. So let it mean to you whatever it may be.I know the meaning behind it, but telling you that is like a magician reveling his secrets, and where’s the fun in that.
This is one of my favorites. Sure it’s nothing never done before, but the reason I love it is cause how quick I did it. I finished this paining in a hour , my mom always says i’m so quick and I never really believe her until I completed this. I often do rush my paintings and it ruins them. however this was a well done piece.
